The Service Provided

The service provided to the coachee by the coach is coaching on the healing journey from betrayal to post betrayal transformation. The exact topics will be agreed upon jointly with the coachee. The coach supports the coachee in obtaining clarity and insights and to shed light on possible solutions on the issue(s) brought forward. Coaching tools consist of conversational coaching, emphatic listening, giving space, exercises that help providing insight, the structure of the five stages of betrayal, NLP, systemic work and breathwork amongst others.

These tools help to uncover different layers of yourself and can help you better understand your behaviours, thought-processes, emotions, feelings, beliefs. Furthermore, they can give insights in the identities that you hold, versions of yourself you identify with or the bigger systems (family or organizational) you are part of, all of which can help during the healing process.

The power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by you, the coachee, and you commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that the coaching is not working as you desire, please communicate so that action can be taken.

    • Three private online sessions of 45 minutes
    • Monthly Coffee Chats with Coach Ingrid
    • Valid for three months
  1. Reclaim Hybrid Program
    • Access to PBT®’s Signature Program Betrayal to Breakthrough, an online 7-module course by Dr Debi Silber, the founder of PBT® Institute
    • Four In-Person Sessions of 1h (can be mixed with online sessions)
    • Option to exchange one of the coaching sessions for a BreathWork session
    • Breathwork helps us regulate our nervous system and aids on healing journeys.
    • Monthly Coffee Chats with Coach Ingrid
    • Valid for three months

Terms & Conditions

For the coaching relationship to achieve the maximum result, the coach asks that the coachee agrees to the following:

  1. I will be honest and participate fully. I recognize that the sessions are a safe place to look at what I really want, and what it will take to make it happen.
  2. I understand that I have chosen to engage in coaching because I want to take the next steps on my healing journey from betrayal and address and improve certain areas of my life. I decide how far or deep I want to go, but I understand that by staying on the surface, the results will also be on a surface level.
  3. I understand that online sessions will take 45minutes and in-person sessions will take approximately 60 minutes.
  4. To secure my session, I will pay for the sessions at least five days in advance.
  5. I will be on time to all appointments. In case I am late, I will notify the coach in advance. I understand that being late doesn’t necessarily mean the coach will be able to extend the session and the time lost is my responsibility.
  6. I will give 24 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule the time or day of an appointment.
  7. I understand that sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24h before the start of the session will not be refunded.
  8. I understand and agree that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or a future date. The membership starts from the moment of registration and cannot be refunded.
  9. I understand that the timing of all coaching sessions will be negotiated with me in advance. Where such sessions need to be changed by the coach, I will be notified as far in advance as possible and alternative arrangements will be made. Where this is not possible, I will be refunded any funds paid by me for sessions not yet conducted.
  10. Online and in person sessions are available from Mon-Thur 7:00am - 7:00pm and Fri from 7:00 am - 4:00pm. (Forest walks are only available until 5pm). Saturday's have limited availability. Slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  11. In person sessions are held at the coach’s workplace2 or at the stipulated forests3. Fees exclude transport and entry fees to the forest. Forest walks will not be cancelled due to weather conditions, though if the client prefers, the session can be held at the coach’s office instead.
  12. ‘In person’ sessions at other locations are possible at an extra cost depending on travel time and cost. Contact me for specific information.
  13. When purchasing a package/program, I commit to ensure all sessions are booked before the stipulated timeline (2 months, 3 months etc) taking into account that last-minute availability is not a guarantee and any sessions not taken before the deadline cannot be redeemed.
  14. I understand the coaching and breathwork sessions are individual sessions, one-on-one between myself and the coach (unless otherwise stipulated). The package fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  15. As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during, and arising from, my coaching sessions, including my choices and decisions.
  16. I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.
  17. I understand that the coaching that is being provided does not substitute for counselling, psychotherapy or any mental health services. Open Hearth does not provide emergency services and cannot be on call 24h.
  18. I understand that coaching is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. I will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, spiritual or other matters in case required.
  19. I will not hold Open Hearth Coaching & Workshop liable for any incidents or accidents that occur during a session or injuries resulting from attending a session.
  20. I will not hold Open Hearth Coaching nor the PBT® institute nor its founder Debi Silber, liable for interruptions or technical issues with the PBT® Kenya website.
  21. I will not hold PBT® institute nor its founder Debi Silber liable to all involved parties for any actions, decisions, injuries, illnesses, or harm due to any content obtained or through the Website, the Betrayal through Breakthrough Program nor any coaching provided by PBT® Kenya. 
  22. I understand that all information I disclose is to be treated with confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any persons under any circumstances except in the instances where:
    1. The coach is ordered by a court or Government Agency to disclose information (I will be informed in any instance where this occurs).
    2. The coach determines that there is a clear and imminent danger to me or others.
  23. I agree that the information can be used anonymously in examples to explain what coaching means (for example for people interested in coaching and wondering what it can do for them) or when training or supporting other coaches. No information will be used that can identify the coachee (i.e. names of the coachee, the company they work for, or names of other people mentioned) without verbal or written consent.
